I have gotten a few comments on procedures. My very best response that will stop Cps in their tracks from removing your children is file a federal lawsuit against them. It cost 350 to file and they must stop everything until federal courts make a ruling. The ones running the system are corrupt and attorneys will not touch any cases. The news stations that agreed to take this story have stopped pursuing this matter. So it is up to us as the parents...remember we are the ones that are our children's protection from these corrupt people. Research your family codes and if Cps is following their own procedures. Josephine robinson is the director over lisha fisher who is the director of Montgomery county. Federal lawsuit is the only way I have found so far to stop them.

All lies!!!
I'm more than stunned to be notified yesterday that while my 16 year olds case is closed, it's sealed without an appointed guardian for him. Dawn Clesson spoke to me and informed me that the child normally goes back to the person who had Pmc prior to their involvement which would be me!!! However my rights were terminated and that ruling stands so the person whom the child was with prior to that. Ok...that person is or was my mother who passed away on November 6,2009 and then Cps became involve because my step father was in the process of divorcing my mother when she died so he gave my son to Cps!! My mother was adopting my son and had me sign my rights over to her so she could cover him, the papers had a 180 day right of rescission. Now what that means is my son is mine but according to Cps my rights are terminated so my dead mother has custody of a 16 year old!!! What kind of craziness is that? If any parent said ok I'm closing the door on my son who is 16 and I don't care what happens to him,the state would remove that child quicker than you could think, but because they are Cps that get away with murder literally they are allowed to throw a child away homeless lost uneducated no money no job no guidance no love nothing. Where is the federal government that protects my sons constitutional rights and protects him by federal laws? How can a dead woman take care of a child? How can the state wash their hands of what they created by beating and drugging him to the point he kept leaving?? When do they become accountable?

Unheard of!!!!
My oldest son's case has been closed and Cps has been ordered out of his life!!!
As for my babies stil stuck in limbo. I was given the supervisors name and number to reach out to her. And the supervisor that I spoke to today was curious as to how I know so much I simply stated that y'all can take my boys but they will always come back to me. So I have one home now it's time for my other 2 to come home and given proper care!! God please let this system do the right thing for once or just one more time

Here we go again
Well looks like I'm still no further in this system than I was a year ago. Only my boys have suffered more at the hands of these people who are suppose th be in the best interest of the children than I can even imagine. Let me tell you about my oldest who is now going to be 17 in a few months, ran away from Cps group home over 8 months ago and they still have yet to find him and he won't tell me where he is at because the last time he did this I did what Cps asked and returned him. Once he was returned they beat me so badly that his clothes were ripped off of him. Now this was repeatly denied by his case worker and the program director. I was no longer allowed to speak to him until I got Casa out there and she removed my son within 3 days. That is when the case worker laughed in his face about his CNN ireport and placed him in Rosenberg, where they were the school placed him in iss from day one for long hair, so he ran away. And they have done nothing to find him and I don't know where he is.
Now for my 2 youngest, my 13 year old told me that my 11 year old had a mental breakdown and was shipped back to Texas to be put into a mental facility. My boys were moved to Georgia because they were asked if they wanted to try a new state...strange a child is given the option to move out of the state but cannot voice their opinion to go home to their family!?! My 11 year old was placed on Zyprexa, any true parent would have done some research on any drug being given to their child but did these foster parents? Absolutely not, Zyprexa : Zyprexa (olanzapine) is an atypical antipsychotic medication. Exactly how it works is not known. It is thought to work by changing the actions of certain chemicals in the brain. Zyprexa is used to treat the symptoms of psychotic conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder (manic depression) in adults and children who are at least 13 years old.
Side Effects: Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction to Zyprexa: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Stop using Zyprexa and call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:
very stiff (rigid) muscles, high fever, tremors, sweating, confusion, fast or uneven heartbeats, slow heart rate, feeling like you might pass out;
twitching or uncontrollable movements of your eyes, lips, tongue, face, arms, or legs;
trouble speaking or swallowing;
dry mouth, thirst, feeling very hot (with or without sweating), urinating less than usual or not at all;
high blood sugar (increased thirst, loss of appetite, fruity breath odor, increased urination, drowsiness, dry skin, nausea, and vomiting);
sudden numbness or weakness, confusion, or problems with vision, speech, or balance;
fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms, sores in your mouth and throat;
swelling in your hands or feet;
changes in personality, unusual thoughts or behavior, hallucinations, or thoughts about hurting yourself; or
upper stomach pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
Less serious Zyprexa side effects may include:
weight gain (more likely in teenagers), increased appetite;
headache, dizziness, drowsiness, feeling tired or restless;
memory problems;
stomach pain, constipation, loss of bladder control;
back pain, pain in your arms or legs;
numbness or tingly feeling;
breast swelling or discharge (in women or men); or
missed menstrual periods.
This is not a complete list of Zyprexa side effects and others may occur. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.
Now, my son had several mental breakdowns, cries for me weekly and this is what was approved by foster parents and a psychiatrist and Cps approval!!!
I have done more research on who is over the lying bunch of deceitful humans I have dealt with so far: Liesha Fisher, Josephine Robinson, Martha Hall, and Dawn Clesson! I have found that the buck does not stop with the program directors...they really do have bosses and Cps does have a board of trustees...the director is Scott Dickson, who I called on Friday. 20 minutes later the deputy director James Castillo returned my call...I explained my situation and my disgust that this agency has messed my baby up so horribly he has been in a mental institute 2 times now, my oldest has been missing for months now with no resolution, and as icing the cake for these boys is that you people are going to allow my middle son to be adopted by incompetent people that couldn't or didn't care enough to find out what drugs they were giving to a child. I have looked up my childrens right set forth by them and all of their rights are being violated as well as their constitutional rights. I was assured a phone call on Tuesday. He was going to bring this to Scott's attention and reunification with terminated parents is NOT unheard of as situations do change and if the best fit is to return the children then that is what would be in the best interest of the child which is their goal. So we will see...if anyone wants the links to find your areas chain of command to finally nudge your way up the line...let me know I will post them all!!
As for attorneys I can't find a really good one as of yet most will do payment plans but look at their track record before ever paying!!!

Update
Hello everyone!! I have received many responses that I would lIke to respond to this way so if anyone else has questions or just want a little knowledge of this horrible unforgivable agency! It took me many months to even find out who oversees these roaches called caseworkers. When looking for someone to file a complaint to you want to look for the program director of your city/town and if your county is a small county then the larger county that is adjacent to you is the main program director that oversees your county, in other words tha big boss is the program director of all counties that touches that county. Do your research...if you try to complain to anyone else you will fall on deaf ears...anyone else does not care they look at the file and not you. This agency is horrible and operates under the cover of the states. The federal government gives each state money for each child that is taken and if your child is deemed to need medication...again more money for your state from the federal government. I do believe there is power in numbers. So thank you for that comment. We as the United States of America need to let these roaches known all this is unacceptable. Think about like this if someone hurts you, as an adult you can get over anything that may be thrown at you. Imagine a child, just a baby having to endure the horrible things this state has no problem throwing at them. How sad I find it that money means more to anyone that the future of our children. My oldest has run away and been gone for months...is the state that had custody been brought up on charges? Have they been reprimanded? Has anything happen? Have they found my son? Can you imagine a child not having the choice to come home but can have the choice to move to another state...they came did home study which I passed then moved my babies to georgia then my oldest has been gone for months and not been found!! And I'm the bad parent. Amazing that the federal government allows this horrible agency to operate and pay them a lot of money. Please anything I did not address please key me know. If you need direct numbers let me know and I'll find them for you. Please whatever you do not complain to the OCA!! As for attorneys I have quite a few for anyone the needs them. Just let me know I can give you the people who will help...Julie ketterman is very good for anyone in Houston. I hope I have helped. We need to all bond together and abolish this terrible agencies that gets paid to tear apart families to make money...they are evil and need to be stopped now before anymore babies suffer.

My son went public!!!
My son has posted a CNN ireport about his 2 years in Texas state custody and the abuse he has endured. Montgomery county CPS office has gotten wind of the report and is now moving him to a lock down facility to shut him up. If you read my blog in its entirety, you will see the timeline of events and what has happened to my 3 boys in the state's custody.
My youngest son is now 10, in the beginning of the year he was placed in a mental facility and strapped to a bed and drugged to the point of being catatonic. My middle son was placed in an RTC and also drugged. My oldest son was placed in an RTC and physically abused which CPS, Martha Hall, his case worker covered up and cut communications with me because he told me first and it made her look bad to her superiors that she wasn't told first.
Now due to this report on CNN, Martha Hall, visited my son this evening and laughed in his face stating that the story he posted was fabricated and false, which was relayed to CNN. My son, Shane, has his CASA worker that can verify all claims that he has made in his Ireport posted on CNN. Leshia Fisher, who is the program director for Montgomery County CPS office has lied numerous times to me about taking care of the previous caseworker, Amy Kimbrell, who falsified government documents to get my rights terminated. Ms. Fisher has never followed through with her word of taking care of the falsification of these documents. My son's caseworker prior to Martha Hall, was Karen Walters, who has since left the CPS office due to the corruption that she personally witnessed. Judge Otis, out of Montgomery county cluster court, has ordered my son back home with me, however, made a stipulation in the order that he can no longer have any contact with his brothers. Here we are 3 months after the order of him to return home and he is now being moved to a lock down facility so he can no longer go public with his story, he has also not been allowed to have any contact with his brothers since the court order 3 months ago.
Isn't there anyone out there that can help him and his brothers? I will be contacting Josephine Robinson again and finding out why nothing has been done and why no one is enforcing the court orders set by Judge Otis. The representing attorney in the case for my oldest son has already been disciplined through the State Bar of Texas. What else do we have to do to stop this abuse and neglect of these 3 boys?

Another letter to Anne Heiligenstein
Ms. Heiligenstein,
I have written to you on several occasion in regards to my boys that are still in the state's care. I have filed a complaint with The Texas State Bar for the misrepresentation that was given to me in regards to my oldest son's case. The state bar has found that there is probably cause for an investigation into this matter as well as possible malpractice. My rights to my oldest son were terminated on July 20,2010 due to the break down of this attorney and the CPS workers themselves. Through all my emails and phone calls, I have finally gotten to the point that CPS did a preliminary home study on my house and presented their findings to the court. Which the court agreed that the proper placement for my son was with me, CASA, the new caseworker and supervisor, as well as the judge are all in agreement. As I have stated in my previous emails to you, I am more than capable of taking care of my children, as I have been the one that has provided my oldest son's necessities for school and his hygiene needs. He should be able to come home, why does it take so long for your agency to do what is in the best interest of the children, even when all parties are in agreement? It is time to bring him home, where he has some hope and dreams that he can actually accomplish. If you have time to read my blog dedicated to bring these boys home, you may find it an interesting read. It is very detailed as to what your agency has made my boys endure. You are punishing all 3 of them for something that was beyond their control. My oldest son has not seen his brothers in over a month, even though it is court ordered to happen monthly. The only child of the 3 that has even a glimmer of hope is my oldest son because he is able to talk to me daily and have weekly visits with me. Can you imagine how my 2 younger son's are feeling? They have no hope, no family wants to adopt them, your agency has them heavily medicated and both just cried when they found out that their brother is able to talk and see their mother but they are not. What a horrible punishment for such young souls. Can't you do the right thing by these boys? Won't the state still be alright without federal funding for 3 boys? You have a mother that is more than capable of raising her children and my situation in 3 years has drastically changed and it is time to revisit the idea that termination was an inappropriate choice for my boys. For once in the horrible system, do what is right by these boys, give them hope, let them have dreams that they can and will accomplish away from your system. Reunite the family they so rightfully deserve!!!!
Thank you for your time,
Aimee
